Same Day Servicing

Because we have qualified mechanics on site 7 days a week, we can usually offer same day servicing - providing that all required parts are in stock. Please make a booking before bringing your bicycle in!

Even if you are only using your bike infrequently it needs to be serviced regularly to ensure that it continues to perform when you need it to. A Standard Service provides you with the peace of mind that your brakes are working as they shoud, your gears are shifting cleanly and easily and that there are no major problems with your bike. Of course, if there are any problems with your bicycle that need addressing then you will be advised of any further work that needs to be undertaken or of any parts that require replacement. Service charge is for labour only. No parts are replaced without your prior approval.

Frequent cyclists should consider having a Deluxe service rather than a Standard service and even infrequent cyclists may want to have a Deluxe service done at least once a year. Our Deluxe Service includes everything that's listed in our Standard Service. We also clean your bikes drivetrain by removing, degreasing and relubricating the rear cluster, chainrings, chain and derailleurs before refitting them to the bike. Service price includes labour only. You will be advised of any new parts required. No work is carried out or parts replaced without your prior approval.

Super Deluxe Service

$135.00 excluding parts
Recommended at least once a year for frequent cyclists and once every second year for infrequent cyclists.

Complete disassembly, degrease and clean down of all components. Re-assembly using high quality lubricants. Includes:

Safety Inspection

The Super Deluxe Service is recommended every twelve months for cyclists who use their bikes regularly - or for bikes which have not been serviced for a long time. Guaranteed to make your bike ride like new, this service is a complete overhaul of your trusty steed and basically involves the stripping down of the bike to a bare frame and reassembling it using fresh lubricants and bearings where necessary. We recommend replacing all inner and outer cables and bearings with this service, but no parts are replaced without your approval.

Suspension Fork Service

Ranges from $35.00 to $71.50 excluding parts
Recommended every 50 hours of riding, depending on the model of fork (Check your fork owners manual, or the fork manufacturers website for recommended servicing intervals)

Disassembly, thorough cleaning and reassembly with quality suspension lubricants and oils.

Includes:

Elastomer Stacks
Spring Assemblies
Lower Legs
Rebound Cartridges (if applicable)
Compression Cartridges (if applicable)
Bushing Replacement (if applicable)

All genuine Rock Shox, Marzocchi, Manitou and RST parts used.

Standard Service for Kids BMX Bikes

We recommend that bikes be serviced every 3-6 months to maintain them in safe working order.
